By downloading or using FaceLoom, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the application.

1. Agreement & Eligibility

By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

2. Standard EULA (Apple)

FaceLoom is licensed to you under the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement provided by Apple Inc., which can be found at: Apple Standard EULA.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

FaceLoom offers auto-renewable subscriptions for Premium features (e.g., detailed 5-region analysis).

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage settings or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings anytime.
No refunds represent partial subscription periods.

4. Use of the App & AI Analysis

4.1 Permitted Use

The App is for personal, non-commercial face analysis and entertainment purposes only.

4.2 Accuracy of AI

Our analysis is based on textual processing of facial proportions. While we strive for accuracy, AI models may produce varied results based on lighting, camera angle, and image quality. These should be viewed as subjective interpretations.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

You must not: reverse engineer the App, upload malicious code, use the App for illegal purposes, or harass other users.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents (excluding your uploaded images) are owned by us. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data to provide the analysis service.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FaceLoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey through good faith negotiations or binding arbitration.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
